   For more than 10 years Mr. Bradley has devoted his legal practice to U.S. immigration law.  Attorney Bradley graduated from the University of North Carolina School of Law in 2003, earning recognition from the NC Bar Association for his pro bono work with immigrant clients.  From 2003 to 2005 Mr. Bradley attended the USCIS Immigration Officer Academy and worked for the Department of Homeland Security as a USCIS adjudication officer.  From his office in Chapel Hill, a short walk from the campus of the University of North Carolina, Mr. Bradley represents clients across the country and provides consular assistance around the world.  Attorney Bradley is committed to providing professional attention to each client and values the goodwill and referrals from former clients.

Mr. Bradley advises US employers seeking to hire and maintain temporary and permanent foreign employees.  Mr. Bradley helps multinational corporations transfer critical foreign employees, managers, and executives to the United States.  He also represents foreign entrepreneurs creating new businesses and investing in US companies.  Mr. Bradley has extensive experience with the US Department of Labor, including H2B and permanent foreign labor certifications, and the US Department of State, National Visa Center, and various Embassies and Consulates across the globe. 

Services for Individuals

Mr. Bradley represents American spouses, fiancées, parents, and children obtain US visas and permanent resident status for their loved ones.    He helps foreign crime victims obtain legal status as well as deferred status for childhood arrivals.  Mr. Bradley also represents foreign citizens seeking political asylum in the United States.  He is an active member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association and regularly appears before the USCIS Arlington Asylum Office and the USCIS Raleigh/Durham Field Office.  As the son of a naturalized US citizen from Portugal, Mr. Bradley also enjoys helping clients obtain US citizenship.
