Mr. Bradley devotes his legal practice to U.S. immigration law. Attorney Bradley graduated from the University of North Carolina School of Law in 2003, earning recognition from the NC Bar Association for his pro bono work with immigrant clients. In 2003 Mr. Bradley attended the USDHS Immigration Officer Academy and served under the Department of Homeland Security as a USCIS adjudication officer until 2005. From his office in Chapel Hill, a short walk from the campus of the University of North Carolina, Mr. Bradley represents clients across the country and provides consular assistance around the world. Mr. Bradley has extensive experience with the U.S. Department of Labor, including H2B and permanent foreign labor certifications, and the U.S. Department of State, National Visa Center, and various Embassies and Consulates across the globe.

As the son of a naturalized U.S. citizen from Portugal, Mr. Bradley also enjoys helping clients obtain U.S. citizenship.
