     Mr. Bradley devotes his legal practice to U.S. immigration law.  Attorney Bradley graduated from the University of North Carolina School of Law in 2003, earning recognition from the NC Bar Association for his pro bono work with immigrant clients.  In 2003 Mr. Bradley attended the USDHS Immigration Officer Academy and served under the Department of Homeland Security as a USCIS adjudication officer until 2005. From his office in Chapel Hill, a short walk from the campus of the University of North Carolina, Mr. Bradley represents clients across the country and provides consular assistance around the world.  Attorney Bradley is committed to providing professional attention to each client and values the goodwill and referrals from former clients.

Mr. Bradley advises U.S. employers seeking to hire and maintain temporary and permanent foreign employees.  Mr. Bradley helps multinational corporations transfer critical foreign employees, managers, and executives to the United States.  He also represents foreign entrepreneurs creating new businesses and investing in US companies.  Mr. Bradley has extensive experience with the U.S. Department of Labor, including H2B and permanent foreign labor certifications, and the U.S. Department of State, National Visa Center, and various Embassies and Consulates across the globe. 

Services for Individuals

Mr. Bradley represents American spouses, fiancĂ©es, parents, and children, helping his client obtain visas andpermanent resident status 'greencards' for foreign family members.    As the son of a naturalized U.S. citizen from Portugal, Mr. Bradley also enjoys helping clients obtain U.S. citizenship.  Attorney Bradley has significant experience representing DACA applicants, and has successfully obtained legal status for foreign citizens who have been the crime victims of violent crimes and foreign citizens seeking political asylum in the United States.  He is an active member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association and regularly appears before the USCIS Arlington Asylum Office and the USCIS Raleigh/Durham Field Office.
